These terms apply to your use of the 4 Seasons Outdoor Living website. Project work is governed by the separate written proposal or agreement accepted for that work.

Website information

Website content is general information and is not a project recommendation, engineering opinion or guarantee. Conditions, materials, scheduling, approvals, pricing and suitability must be evaluated for the specific site and confirmed in writing.

Estimate requests

Submitting a form or contacting the business does not create a contract or guarantee availability. Estimates are based on the information and site conditions considered at the time and may be subject to a defined validity period in the written proposal.

Project scope

Only the services, materials, responsibilities, exclusions and timing stated in an accepted written scope are included. Removal, storage, permits, utilities, drainage work and other related items should not be assumed unless they are stated.

Warranties

Hardscapes have a five-year craftsmanship warranty. Christmas lights have a full three-year labor and material warranty. These are separate service-specific warranties. Final terms, eligible work, exclusions and claim procedures are controlled by the applicable written project documents.

Text message terms

If you consent to service-related messages, you may receive messages about your inquiry, estimate or project. Marketing messages require separate optional consent, and marketing consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful content or use the form to send spam.

Third-party links

The website may link to third-party resources such as photo sources. 4 Seasons Outdoor Living does not control those sites and is not responsible for their content or practices.

Limitation

To the extent allowed by law, 4 Seasons Outdoor Living is not liable for losses caused by reliance on general website content or interruptions in website availability. This limitation does not replace rights that cannot legally be limited.
